The Mount Street Neighbourhood House supports community and not-for-profit (NFP) groups with low-cost facilities for meetings and workshops on either a regular or ad-hoc basis. A variety of rental spaces are available including our Hall (Rooms 4 and 5) that can seat up to 80 people in conference style, and carpeted rooms for meetings or exercise classes. Please note that we are wheelchair friendly.
Room hire rates are from:
- $15.00 per hour per room (NFP)
- $30 per hour per room (business)
- Hall (rooms four and five in the diagram below) – $30.00 per hour (NFP)
- Hall – $60 per hour (business)
Where an organisation does not have Public Liability cover there is an additional charge of $16.50 per day.

The room layout shown on the accompanying floor plan is not to scale. There are folding doors between Rooms Four and Five so that these rooms may be used as one large room or separately, as required.
